The Big Swan Lake Improvement Association (BSLA) strives to be the voice of the community members surrounding Big Swan Lake in Dassel, Minnesota. Through outreach and operations, the Association: helps support the Lake’s water quality and fish population, encourages shoreline preservation, develops relationships with local agencies who regulate the waters, and fosters a sense of community among the owners around the lake area
